DFMK is a specialist solid surface fabricator with a strong reputation for quality workmanship. Starting from the ground up

Before working with us, DFMK’s digital marketing activity was limited and inconsistent. Their website was outdated and restrictive, relying heavily on plugins that made changes difficult and performance slow. Visually, it lacked cohesion and didn’t do them justice. Technically, it contained errors that were causing it to rank poorly on search engines.

On social media, their presence was sporadic. While the DFMK team had some great imagery and stories to tell, they lacked the structure to post regularly. LinkedIn wasn’t being used to its potential – missing a huge opportunity to connect with potential partners and clients.

The website had been managed off and on by non-specialists. This meant it was in a bit of a mess. We focused on fixing technical issues, improving user experience, strengthening the structure, and optimising for search. What we did:

We helped DFMK turn LinkedIn into a core channel for brand awareness and engagement. The team now use LinkedIn as a powerful sales tool – with a smart, consistent brand presence to capture and warm up new leads. What we did:
